Rahul brings a decade of expertise in researching culture and society in India, with a particular focus on technology, youth, class, and gender dynamics. He holds a PhD in Anthropology from King’s College London, where he conducted ethnographic research on the social media behavior of lower-middle-class young men in western India. His academic journey began at the National University of Singapore, and he has since made significant contributions to both academia and consumer research, including time at agencies such as Quantum Consumer Solutions.

Rahul’s research has been published in peer-reviewed anthropology journals, and he has co-authored a book exploring the connections between Singapore and India. His insights have also been featured in The Straits Times, cementing his role as a thought leader in the cultural anthropology space. Beyond academia, Rahul brings a creative flair to his work as a talented singer and songwriter, blending cultural and creative perspectives into his research.
