Skybox™ Security, a global leader in cybersecurity management, announced that it has been named by JMP Securities as one of the hottest privately held cybersecurity companies in The Hot 70 report. Skybox also won an Infosec Award from Cyber Defense Magazine for best product in vulnerability management.

These honors add to the multiple awards given to the Skybox™ Security Suite, including several five-star reviews by SC Magazine in its Risk and Policy Management and Vulnerability and Threat Management group review categories.

With security initiatives becoming increasingly difficult to manage, CISOs are seeking solutions like Skybox’s that are integrated and address multiple challenges. The Skybox Security Suite connects to more than 120 security technologies companies are already using to provide the comprehensive attack surface visibility and intelligence in one dashboard, including for on-prem, multi-cloud and OT networks. The Suite also automates many core security processes in vulnerability and threat management, and firewall and security policy management, such as network path analysis, attack simulation and change management.

The effectiveness of Skybox’s platform has meant strong, continuous growth for the company. Skybox has a three-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 42 percent in billings. In 2017, Skybox’s revenue increased by 57 percent worldwide (Dec. 2016 to Dec. 2017).

Skybox has also received $272 million in growth equity investment in the last two years from Providence Strategic Growth (PSG) and CVC Capital Partners’ Growth Fund (CVC Growth), with participation from Pantheon.

To support the growth of the company, Skybox has also increased hiring for its global workforce by 72 percent in the last 12 months and will continue that hiring pace throughout 2018. Skybox is actively seeking talented people for roles in sales, marketing, engineering and support worldwide via Skybox Careers.
